At Bonton Kid Style Shop, we carefully select each item in our collections to bring Parisian-inspired style to your little ones. Should any item not meet your expectations, we’ve created this seamless return process with the same attention to detail we apply to our packaging.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on baby accessories (pacifiers, bottles, teethers) and personalized items from our Toys + Objects collection.

Simple Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our Parenting-Partner Care Team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of delivery.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Carefully repackage items with original tags and packaging.
  3. Ship Your Return: Send your return to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please follow the return process above and include a note specifying:

  • Item you wish to exchange
  • Desired size/color (subject to availability)
  • Your shipping address

We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Returns

For our global family (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas), please note:

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be higher for international orders
  • Processing times may be slightly longer
