Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas) with two convenient options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before dispatch. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be included
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on baby accessories (pacifiers, bottles, teethers) and personalized items from our Toys + Objects collection.

Simple Return Process

  2. Prepare Your Package: Carefully repackage items with all original tags and packaging.

  4. Receive Confirmation: We’ll email you once we process your return (typically within 3 business days of receipt).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please follow the return process above and include a note specifying:

  • Item you wish to exchange
  • Desired size/color (subject to availability)
  • Your shipping address

We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item. Additional shipping charges may apply.

International Returns

For our global family (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Customs fees are non-refundable
